Can you identify whose is whose?

Rain heavily over the past few days, NYP get flood a lot, cleaners scraping water off corridors have become common sight. Sometime too much of a gud is no gud. Take NYP building design for example. Its meant to be energy saving making much cooler. Ya, its much cooler when rain can actually blow into corridors drenching ppl. LOL
